The 1.56 is 15% thinner than the 1.50 Standard lenses. These work with prescriptions ranging from -3.00 to -3.75 and +3.00 to +3.75. They are recommended for full-rim eyeglass frames and glasses worn when participating in sports. The 1.56 combines great optics with a thin, lightweight design.

1.6 Index either MR8 or polycarbonate for Sports, Kids or Rimless glasses are thin and lightweight material, that is very resistant to impacts. These also block 100% of UV rays. Please specify in check out remarks your choice of MR8 or Polycarbonate or what purpose.

1.6 High Index lenses are 20% thinner than Standard lenses and ideal for strong prescriptions or very thin eyeglasses frame. These lenses are suitable for prescriptions with an SPH correction between +/- 4.25 and +/- 6.75 and a CYL correction between +/- 2.25 and +/- 3.00.

The 1.67 High-Index lenses are 33% thinner than Standard with the same prescription. For higher prescriptions, this lens material and index works well due to its reduced weight and edge thickness.

1.74 index lenses are the thinnest lenses (44% thinner than standard) for high prescriptions available. These ultra-light, ultra-sleek lenses are the thinnest kind developed yet, and accommodate the highest prescriptions possible.
